codeyssey is an initiative by Talentier. this page describes the forms currently provided on this website.

what we collect

the waitlist collects your full name, email, optional university or organisation, current stage, areas of interest and your permission to receive event updates. we store the submission time and permission version with your entry.

the partnership form collects your name, organisation, work email, partnership interest, message and submission time.

how we use it

waitlist details are used to organise interest in codeyssey and send application updates, challenge announcements and next steps. partnership details are used to review and respond to enquiries, including requests for the partner deck. neither form confirms a competition place.

where it is stored

submissions are saved in a private, access-controlled database. website visitors cannot read or download the submitted information. access is restricted to authorised project operators. form validation, an anti-spam field and a submission-time check help reject automated submissions.

email updates

joining the waitlist requires a separate permission checkbox for event emails. this website does not currently send automatic confirmation emails. the organisers must configure update delivery before sending announcements.

your choices

only submit information you wish to share. do not include sensitive personal information in the message field. no advertising tracking or additional browser-storage tools are added by this website.

the organisers’ privacy contact, retention period and process for withdrawing permission or requesting deletion have not yet been supplied. these details must be published before public launch. this notice does not invent a retention commitment or contact address.
